How to load tech360’s Remote Assistance app

Safari Instructions

Step 1
Click on the Remote Assistance Suitcase. A new page will open with “Loading TeamViewer now…”.
Click on the Downloads icon at the top right.

Step 2
When the download is done, open a Finder window and go to your Downloads folder. Double-click the TeamViewerQS.zip file to unzip it, then double-click the “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app to start the Remote Assistance app. If a window pops up asking if your are sure you want to open it, click on the “Open” button.

Firefox Instructions

Step 1
Click on the Remote Assistance Suitcase. A new page will open with “Loading TeamViewer now…”. A window will pop up asking if you want to save TeamViewerQS.zip, click the “OK” or “Save File” button to start the download.

Step 2
Click on the Downloads icon at the top right (a downward facing arrow). Wait until TeamViewerQS.zip has finished downloading then click the file to unzip it and launch the app. If it doesn’t launch automatically, go to your Downloads folder and double-click the “TeamViewer QuickSupport” app to start.

Chrome Instructions

Step 1
Click on the Remote Assistance Suitcase. A new page will open with “Loading TeamViewer now…”. You can see the progress of the download in the tab at the bottom left of the window.

Step 2
When the download is finished, click on the file to launch the Remote Assistance app.

Edge Instructions

Step 1
Click on the Remote Assistance Suitcase. A new page will open with “Loading TeamViewer now…”. When asked to Run or Save the app, click on Run.
